Where do you ship?
We currently serve the United States, with prices in USD.
How long should I plan for?
Order preparation takes 5–10 business days after confirmation and necessary information. Standard carrier transport takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Combined standard planning: 15–25 business days, subject to delays.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $5.99 below a $50 discounted merchandise subtotal and free at $50 or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99 where offered, without an unconfirmed delivery-date promise.
Can I return an item?
Request a return by email within 30 days of receipt. Personal-reason return postage is paid by the buyer. Our default return address is in Zhangzhou, China; see the Return Policy for details.
Are all gloves interchangeable?
No. Choose the appropriate category and follow the individual product instructions. Photographs and visible textures do not establish safety ratings.
Are the photographs actual tested samples?
Listing imagery includes digitally generated product illustrations. These are not evidence of physical testing or certification; styling props are not included.

Can I change an address?
