30-day return request window
Email service@kenvellast.com within 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Include the order number, item and reason. Please obtain instructions before sending anything. Items should be unused, in their original condition, with available tags and packaging, unless the return concerns a fault or incorrect item.
Return address and postage
Our default return address is No. 97 Taiwu Road, Gangwei Town, Longhai District, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, China. This is in China; consider international return postage before ordering. For a change-of-mind or other personal-reason return, the buyer pays return shipping. Use an appropriate tracked service and retain proof of posting.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with a description and, where useful, photographs. We will review the circumstances and arrange an appropriate remedy, including the handling of return costs when the issue is our responsibility. Do not continue using an item that appears unsafe.
Inspection and refunds
After receiving a return, we aim to inspect it and process an approved refund within 10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. If a return is not approved, we will explain the reason and discuss next steps.
Exchanges and cancellations
Email us about an exchange before returning an item; availability must be checked. Contact us promptly to request cancellation. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after preparation or dispatch has progressed. Any non-refundable charge must be lawful and disclosed; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
