1. Operator and scope
These terms apply to purchases and use of kenvellast.com, operated by Zhangzhou Huangangwan International Trade Co., Ltd. under the Kenvellast brand. Read these terms together with our Shipping, Return and Privacy Policies.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or act with appropriate authorization. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and protect your account credentials.
3. Product information
Read each listing before ordering. Images include digitally generated product illustrations; styling props are not included unless stated. Screen colors can vary. We do not infer materials, dimensions, package quantities, thermal ratings, waterproofness or certifications from images. Ask about any essential missing detail before purchase.
4. Intended use and care
Choose gloves appropriate for the task and follow the supplied instructions and care label. Everyday gloves are not substitutes for oven mitts or industrial protective equipment. Stop using damaged gloves. Nothing here excludes remedies for an unsafe, faulty or misdescribed product.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes, discounts and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Payment methods are limited to those displayed. If a material error prevents fulfillment, we will explain the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution rather than changing a paid order without your agreement.
6. Orders and changes
Order confirmation acknowledges receipt. Fulfillment remains subject to successful payment and availability. Contact us promptly for a correction or cancellation; changes cannot be guaranteed once preparation or dispatch has progressed. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund payments for the unavailable item as appropriate.
7. Shipping
We currently ship to the United States. Preparation takes 5–10 business days, followed by 10–15 business days standard carrier transport after dispatch: a combined standard planning window of 15–25 business days. These are estimates rather than guarantees. Standard shipping is $5.99 below a $50 discounted merchandise subtotal and free at $50 or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99 where offered without an unconfirmed arrival-date commitment. See the Shipping Policy for details.
8. Returns and refunds
Request a return within 30 days of receipt by email. Personal-reason return postage is paid by the buyer. The default return address is in Zhangzhou, China. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return, to the original payment method; bank posting may take longer. Faulty or incorrect goods are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable rights.
9. Acceptable website use
Do not misuse accounts, submit unlawful content, interfere with website security or infringe others' rights. We may restrict abusive or unlawful activity while respecting applicable law.
10. Intellectual property and links
Website content may be protected by intellectual property rights. Personal browsing does not grant permission for commercial reuse. Third-party services and websites have their own terms and privacy notices; a link does not itself establish endorsement.
11. Service availability
Maintenance, technical faults and events outside reasonable control can affect site access or shipment timing. We will address order issues in good faith. No statement in these terms removes a mandatory obligation or consumer remedy.
12. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to faulty goods, misdescription, fraud or other protected claims.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and any non-excludable jurisdiction rights in your place of residence, disputes may be brought before the competent courts where the company is located. Contact us first so we can try to resolve an issue informally.
14. Changes and severability
We may update these terms for future use and purchases by posting a revised date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to a completed purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue as permitted by law.
